  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is not damaged by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:
  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Share product images if requested.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless approved by FZ Men’s Wear.

6. Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product. If the return meets our policy requirements, it will be approved for refund or replacement.
